Grouper Parmesan Recipe

  1. Thaw fish if frzn.
  2. Cut fish into serving-size portions.
  3. Place fish in a single layer in a well-greased baking dish, 12 x 8 x 2 inches.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients except paprika and parsley.
  5. Spread lowfat sour cream mix over fish.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  8. Garnish with parsley.
  9. Makes 6 servings.
