Bourbon Franks Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onion and green pepper in butter till soft.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients except frankfurters.
  3. Bring to boil then reduce heat.
  4. Add in frankfurters and simmer 1 hour.
  5. Transfer to heated chafing dish and provide wooden picks.
  6. Make 1 day in advance.
  7. Chill and reheat.
