Octopus with Garlic, Butter and Ponzu Sauce

  1. Chop the octopus into bite-sizes.
  2. Heat butter in a frying pan to melt, then stir-fry the octopus.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder.
  4. Drizzle ponzu sauce when it's cooked.
  5. Dish it up and serve with scallions and black pepper.
