Mushrooms Stuffed With Sausage

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
  3. Chop stems finely and mix with sausage.
  4. Fill mushroom caps with sausage mixture and place stuffed side up on a baking sheet covered with non-stick spray.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. May be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated, but serve as soon as cooked.
