Mushrooms Stuffed With Sausage
- 1 pint fresh mushrooms
- 1 lb ground sausage
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
- Chop stems finely and mix with sausage.
- Fill mushroom caps with sausage mixture and place stuffed side up on a baking sheet covered with non-stick spray.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
- May be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated, but serve as soon as cooked.
