Sunehari Salmon

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place fish in parchment-lined pan.
  3. Mix barbecue sauce and next 5 ingredients.
  4. Stir in 2 Tbsp.
  5. lemon juice; brush over fish.
  6. Mix cracker crumbs and zest; sprinkle over fish.
  7. Bake 20 min.
  8. or until fish is golden brown and flakes easily with fork.
  9. Drizzle with remaining lemon juice.
