Hot Cooked Salad Dressing with Bacon - Hot honey bacon dressing

  1. Fry bacon over medium high heat.
  2. Remove bacon and drain on absorbent paper.
  3. Reserve 1/4 cup (60 ml) of bacon fat.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in pan and cook over low heat for 1 or 2 minutes, scraping bottom of pan.
  5. Add reserved fat and continue heating until hot.
  6. Serve over tossed greens immediately.
