Low Fat Banana Parfait

  1. Prepare pudding mix with milk as directed on package; cover.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. For each serving: Place 2 wafers in bottom of each of 40 parfait glasses (or 8 parfait glasses for trial recipe).
  4. Top each with layers of 1/4 cup pudding and 2 banana slices; repeat layers of pudding and banana slices, taking care to completely cover bananas with the pudding to prevent discoloration.
  5. Garnish each parfait with 1 Tbsp.
  6. of the remaining whipped topping and a third wafer.
  7. Refrigerate, covered, up to 2 hours before serving.
