Barbecued Beef Short Ribs Recipe

  1. Rub ribs well with bottled gravy sauce.
  2. In warm Dutch oven, brown ribs well in 2 Tbsp.
  3. oil; add in garlic and onions.
  4. Stir in cornstarch, tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper, allspice, mustard, vinegar and sugar.
  5. Simmer, covered, turning occasionally, 2 hrs or possibly till ribs are fork tender.
  6. Add in a little more water as needed.
  7. Cook noodles as label indicates, drain and toss with caraway seeds if you like.
  8. Serve ribs on noodles.
  9. Pass gravy.
  10. Makes 4 servings.
