Turkey Burgers

  1. Crush crackers with a rolling pin.
  2. Add the crackers and whites to ground turkey along with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Make 4 patties.
  4. I like to use the BBQ to cook these 5 mins on each side, but have cooked them in the oven at 350 for 25 minutes You can fry them but that defeats the purpose of being low fat.
