Pork Chop In Orange Sauce

  1. Marinate pork chop or pork rib set aside minimun 1 hour
  2. in high heat add pork chop or pork rib then switch to low heat and let pork chop or pork rib soak in oil for 3 minute , then swicth to high heat again and deep fry pork chop (about 8 minutes ) or pork ribs till cooked and crispy on the outside .then set aside
  3. boil sauce the add fried pork chop or pork rib mix well till gravy start to thicken then add orange flesh then off heat .
