Mexican Mush

  1. Brown meat in large non stick skillet on medium-high heat (drain the fat from meat)
  2. Add seasoning mix, beans, salsa, and water; stir.
  3. Bring to boil then reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min.
  4. Cut up tortillas into roughly 1x1inch squares
  5. Stir in tortillas and top with cheese.
  6. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  7. Top with sour cream and onions.
