Mexican Mush
- 1 lb Lean ground beef
- 4 tbsp Taco seasoning (1 pkg)
- 1 can Kidney Beans (drained)
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 cup Water
- 4 Flour tortillas (6 inch)
- 1 cup Mexican shredded cheese mix
- 1/3 cup Sour cream
- 1/3 cup Chopped green onions (about 1 large)
- Brown meat in large non stick skillet on medium-high heat (drain the fat from meat)
- Add seasoning mix, beans, salsa, and water; stir.
- Bring to boil then reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min.
- Cut up tortillas into roughly 1x1inch squares
- Stir in tortillas and top with cheese.
- Cover and let sit for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top with sour cream and onions.
