Cheesy Bacon Monkey Bread! YES BACON!!!
- 11 slice of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (i just used the dry minced stuff)
- 3 10oz cans refrigerated biscuits
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 any type of cubed cheese you prefer
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Grease a 12 cup bundt pan with cooking spray.
- In a med bowl combine the bacon, parmesan cheese and onion.
- Mix well and set aside.
- I didn't put cheese in each of my biscuits, I just did every other biscuit.
- So for the ones with cheese inside just press the biscuit out with your hands, put cheese inside and wrap up tightly.
- With the other biscuits I just cut into fourths.
- Do can by can so its cut into thirds.
- Dip each piece of biscuit into melted butter, put first layer into pan and sprinkle with half the bacon mixture.
- Repeat this process with other two cans of biscuits, ending with the biscuits on top.
- I also sprinkled some garlic powder on top for extra flavor.
- Bake for 35-40 min or until golden Brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool 10 min.
- After cooling invert onto a serving platter and serve warm.
- Great with soup or any meal for that matter.
- Or just eat like is!
