Peanut Butter & Bran Cookies
- 1 cup butter
- 34 cup brown sugar
- 34 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 1 14 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup natural bran
- 34 cup rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large mixing bowl, melt butter (microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute).
- Add sugars to melted butter.
- Mix well.
- Add vanilla, peanut butter, and eggs.
- Mix well.
- In a separate mixing bowl, blend flour, bran, oats, and baking soda.
- Add to butter mixture.
- Blend well.
- Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Place on center rack in oven.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until cookies are browned and done.
- Remove to rack to cool.
