VELVEETA Cheesy Rice & Broccoli
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
- 1 cup water
- 1-1/2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- Bring broccoli and water to full boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
- Stir in rice; cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Stir in prepared cheese product; cover.
- Let stand 4 to 5 minutes.
- Stir until prepared cheese product is melted.
