Chocolate Truffle Mousse Pie

  1. preheat oven to 350.
  2. combine crumbs and butter, press into a 9 inch pie pan (bottom and sides) and bake for 5 minutes.
  3. for the filling combine light coconut milk and melted chocolate in a blender and belnd about 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. pour into crust and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
  5. slice and serve cold.
