Chocolate Truffle Mousse Pie
- 12 ounces Oreo cookies, crushed
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 12 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 14 ounces light coconut milk
- preheat oven to 350.
- combine crumbs and butter, press into a 9 inch pie pan (bottom and sides) and bake for 5 minutes.
- for the filling combine light coconut milk and melted chocolate in a blender and belnd about 30 seconds until smooth.
- pour into crust and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
- slice and serve cold.
