Vegetable Tempura

  1. Heat oil to 375 degrees in electric fryer or in a large, deep heavy pan on stove top.
  2. Roll vegetables in flour and shake off excess.
  3. Dip vegetables into batter and carefully place in oil to fry.
  4. Remove from oil when golden brown.
  5. Place on paper towels to drain.
  6. Serve with dipping sauce.
  7. Combine all ingredients in bowl.
  8. Stir to combine.
  9. Serve with deep-fried vegetables.
