Pig in the Elbow (Bacon Mac & Cheese)
- 16 oz Elbow Macaroni
- 10 3/4 oz Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Dry Mustard
- 3 oz Bacon Crumbles
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar
- 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- Cook elbow macaroni according to the package.
- Drain and set aside.
- Over low heat combine butter, cheddar cheese soup, and sour cream.
- Add dry mustard and cajun seasoning to cheese sauce.
- Stir in bacon bits.
- Slowly add cooked elbow macaroni until mixed well.
- Stir in shredded sharp cheddar.
- Enjoy, but be careful...this side dish could upstage your main entree!
