Pig in the Elbow (Bacon Mac & Cheese)

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to the package.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Over low heat combine butter, cheddar cheese soup, and sour cream.
  4. Add dry mustard and cajun seasoning to cheese sauce.
  5. Stir in bacon bits.
  6. Slowly add cooked elbow macaroni until mixed well.
  7. Stir in shredded sharp cheddar.
  8. Enjoy, but be careful...this side dish could upstage your main entree!
