Manhattan Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix meat, crumbs, onions, eggs, parsley and salt.
  3. Shape into 56 meatballs, each about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Brown in margarine in large skillet; drain.
  5. Place in 2-qt.
  6. casserole dish.
  7. Mix preserves and barbecue sauce.
  8. Pour over meatballs; mix lightly.
  9. Bake 30 min.
  10. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
