Zucchini with chermoulla dressing

  1. Heat oil and butter in a skillet and cook zucchini until lightly browned and tender
  2. Make chermoulla dressing by combining the onion, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, and seasonings in a jar and shake well.
  3. Serve zucchini drizzled with chermoulla dressing.
