Lemon Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Reserve 2 Tbsp.
  3. drink mix; place remaining drink mix in large bowl.
  4. Add 1/2 cup water; stir until mix is dissolved.
  5. Add cake mix, sour cream, eggs, oil and half the lemon zest; beat with mixer until blended.
  6. Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Bake 40 to 43 min.
  8. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Cool cake completely.
  10. Meanwhile, toss remaining zest with 1 Tbsp.
  11. of the reserved drink mix; freeze.
  12. Add remaining water to remaining drink mix in medium bowl; stir with whisk until mix is dissolved.
  13. Gradually stir in sugar until blended; drizzle over cake.
  14. Garnish with frozen zest.
