Creamy Crabby Pitas
- 1 cucumber
- 2 carrots
- 1 cup spinach (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 23 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 12 teaspoon tarragon leaf
- 12 teaspoon salt (lemon-pepper)
- 12 teaspoon seasoning (sodium-free)
- 8 ounces imitation crabmeat
- 4 pita bread
- In a food processor Blend tahini, yogurt spinach and spices.
- Chop carrots and cucumber and shred crab mix.
- Mix together and fill four pitas equally.
- Enjoy.
