World's Best Pimiento Cheese

  1. Combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic, parsley and Tabasco in a food processor or blender; process until smooth.
  2. Spoon into a medium bowl.
  3. Add undrained pimientos, Cheddar and pecans; mix well.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours to overnight to allow the flavors to blend.
  5. Tips: If pecan chips are not available, place whole pecans in a food processor or blender and pulse to a coarse texture.
