Roasted Fig & Bacon Appetizers
- 12 whole Fresh Figs, Cut In Half
- 3 Tablespoons Pure Honey
- 24 slices Pre-Cooked Bacon
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a shallow mixing bowl, add fig halves and honey.
- Use clean hands to mix and make sure figs are evenly coated with honey.
- Add honey-coated fig halves to 2 nonstick rimmed baking sheets.
- Pop into the hot oven and roast 15 minutes.
- Remove and let cool.
- Leave oven on.
- When cool enough to handle, wrap each roasted fig half with a slice of bacon and return to baking sheet.
- Place back into the oven for 56 minutes.
- Remove from oven onto paper towels to absorb any excess grease, then place on a serving platter.
- These never last long.
