Sufferin' Succotash

  1. Thaw frozen corn.
  2. Slowly melt 3/4 butter til browned.
  3. Add peppers and onions.
  4. Add enough oil to coat if necessary.
  5. Add garlic when veggies are nearly caramelized.
  6. Add corn and remaining butter.
  7. Toss.
  8. Add vinegar, sugar, and spices.
  9. Toss.
  10. Reduce vinegar until evaporated.
