Chicken & Rice Soup Recipe

• 4 c. chicken broth
• 1 onion, minced
• 1 c. cooked, diced chicken
• 1 1/2 c. instant rice
• Salt to taste

1. Bring broth to a boil.
2. Add in minced onions, boil till tender.
3. Add in chicken, bring to large boil, add in rice.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Let stand for 10 min.
6. Serves 6.
