Micro Stuffed Peppers Recipe

  1. Cut off tops of peppers and remove seeds, wash out.
  2. Mix beef with rice and seasonings.
  3. Fill peppers with meat mix.
  4. Arrange snugly around edge of 3 qt casserole.
  5. Mix soup and water.
  6. Pour over and around peppers.
  7. COVER.
  8. Microwave on high 24 to 28 min, rotating dish after 12 min.
  9. Remove and let stand covered for 5 - 10 min before serving.
