Micro Stuffed Peppers Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean grnd beef
- 1 c. cooked Minute Rice
- 1/2 c. minced onion (1 sm.)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon warm sauce
- 1 teaspoon sweet basil
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 to 5 green peppers
- Cut off tops of peppers and remove seeds, wash out.
- Mix beef with rice and seasonings.
- Fill peppers with meat mix.
- Arrange snugly around edge of 3 qt casserole.
- Mix soup and water.
- Pour over and around peppers.
- COVER.
- Microwave on high 24 to 28 min, rotating dish after 12 min.
- Remove and let stand covered for 5 - 10 min before serving.
