Reduced Fat Baking Mix Toll House Bar

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Combine butter or margarine, applesauce, sugars, and vanilla in a large bowl, mixing well.
  3. Add eggs and beat until well blended.
  4. Add baking mix and mix well.
  5. Stir in oatmeal and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into a 9 X 13 greased pan.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until browned and springy to the touch.
  8. Cool completely and cut into bars.
