Quick and Easy Baked Italian Chicken
- 2 Tablespoons Italian Salad Dressing
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Halved
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Salt And Pepper
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1/4 cups Grated Or Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cups Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish with Italian dressing.
- Arrange chicken breasts into the baking dish in a single layer.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
- In a separate bowl mix together sour cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Spread this evenly over top of the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle Italian breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 165 F and breadcrumbs start to brown.
