Chicken Florentine Pie Recipe

  1. Prick pie shell.
  2. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients (reserving 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese).
  4. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees about 45 min.
  5. Put remaining cheese on top and bake another 10 min.
  6. Cold before cutting.
