Baked Pork Fajitas Mexicana Recipe

  1. Mix peppers, onions, oil, lime juice and cumin in 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
  2. Coat chops as directed on package.
  3. Throw away any remaining coating mix.
  4. Place chops on onion mix.
  5. Bake at 425 F for 20 min or possibly till chops are cooked through.
  6. Cut chops into slices.
  7. Top tortillas with sliced pork and onion mix; roll up.
  8. Serve with guacamole, TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa and BREAKSTONE'S or possibly KNUDSEN Lowfat sour cream, if you like.
  9. Great Substitute: Substitute SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix for SHAKE 'N BAKE Warm & Spicy Coating Mix.
