Baked Pork Fajitas Mexicana Recipe
- 1 med green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 med red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 med onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp grnd cumin
- 8 x boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 1 pkt SHAKE 'N BAKE Warm & Spicy Seasoned Coating Mix for Chicken or possibly Pork
- 8 x TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Flour Tortillas
- Mix peppers, onions, oil, lime juice and cumin in 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
- Coat chops as directed on package.
- Throw away any remaining coating mix.
- Place chops on onion mix.
- Bake at 425 F for 20 min or possibly till chops are cooked through.
- Cut chops into slices.
- Top tortillas with sliced pork and onion mix; roll up.
- Serve with guacamole, TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa and BREAKSTONE'S or possibly KNUDSEN Lowfat sour cream, if you like.
- Great Substitute: Substitute SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix for SHAKE 'N BAKE Warm & Spicy Coating Mix.
