Spicy Georgia Peach Chicken
- 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts/thighs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 cups Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Hidden Valley Original Spicy Ranch Dressing
- 2 Tablespoons Prepared Dijon Mustard
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Sliced Peaches, Drained And Cut Into Chunks
- Cooked Rice, To Serve
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and heat until shimmering.
- Add the chicken and cook for 7-9 minutes on each side until the juices run clear and the chicken is golden.
- Remove the chicken to a plate.
- Reduce the heat in the skillet and add the butter.
- Melt the butter together with the brown sugar, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in both the dressing and the mustard, stirring until bubbly.
- Return the chicken to the pan, add the peaches and cook until heated through.
- Serve immediately with rice.
