Simple Dinner
- 1 can 15 oz chili
- 1 can 15 oz whole kernel corn
- 1 can 15 oz dice tomato with chilies ....ie rotel
- 1 can 15 oz chili beans
- 2 packages 6.5 oz each corn bread mix
- 2 cup velveeta cheese, cubed
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- Mix canned ingredients in large bowl
- Pour into 10x13x2 casserole pan
- Mix cornbread as directed on package and pour on top of can mixture
- Bake for 15 minutes until surface of cornbread is dry to touch
- Place cubed cheese on top and put back in oven
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and nicely browned.
- Serve and enjoy
