Easy Spaghetti and Meatballs
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
- 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 cups CLASSICO FAMILY FAVORITES Traditional Pasta Sauce
- Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, combine meat, 1/4 cup Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg and garlic.
- Shape into 20 balls.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meatballs; cook 5 to 7 min.
- or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in pasta sauce; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min.
- or until meatballs are done, stirring occasionally.
- Drain spaghetti.
- Serve topped with sauce mixture and remaining Parmesan.
