Black Bean & Tomato Pocket

  1. Place beans, tomatoes and avocado in a small bowl.
  2. Pour dressing over mixture; fold gently.
  3. Cut tops from pita pockets; stuff mixture inside pitas evenly.
  4. Serve each person 1 SNACKWELL'S cookie with their pita.
  5. Enjoy an 8 fl oz glass of milk per person with the meal.
