Black Bean & Tomato Pocket
- 1 cup black beans, drained, rinsed
- 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 avocados, cubed
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Lite CATALINA Dressing
- 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds
- 4 SNACKWELL'S Sugar Free Shortbread Cookies
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Place beans, tomatoes and avocado in a small bowl.
- Pour dressing over mixture; fold gently.
- Cut tops from pita pockets; stuff mixture inside pitas evenly.
- Serve each person 1 SNACKWELL'S cookie with their pita.
- Enjoy an 8 fl oz glass of milk per person with the meal.
