Tuna Lemon Salad Recipe

• 1 pkg. lemon Jello
• 1 c. boiling water
• 1 can tuna fish, flaked
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 1/2 c. pimento cheese
• 3 hard-boiled Large eggs, minced
• 2 tbsp. grated onion
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 c. half & half
• 3 c. diced celery
• 1 c. walnuts, minced fine

1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water, cold and add in rest of ingredients.
2. Place in 7x11 inch pan.
