Ham Pot Pie
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 1/4 cups Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Mustard
- 18 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Dried Minced Onion
- 2- 1/2 cups Cubed Fully-cooked Ham
- 1 cup Frozen Peas, Thawed
- 2 whole Hard Cooked Eggs, Peeled, And Chopped
- 1 whole Refrigerated Rolled Pie Crust
- Melt butter; stir in flour, salt, mustard, and pepper until smooth.
- Slowly whisk in milk and onion; bring to a boil.
- Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
- Stir in ham, peas, and eggs.
- Pour into an ungreased 8 square or 11x7 baking dish.
- Cut pastry to fit and place over everything; trim to fit and cut slits on the crust to vent steam while cooking.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 25 minutes.
