Picnic Coleslaw Recipe

  1. Layer cabbage, carrot and onion in a salad bowl.
  2. Cover surface with plastic wrap.
  3. Chill.
  4. To make dressing, stir together lowfat sour cream, vinegar and sugar.
  5. Pour into a container with a tight lid.
  6. Turn over and chill.
  7. At picnic time, pour dressing over vegetables in the bowl.
  8. Toss to mix well.
  9. Makes 6 servings.
