Banana Roll-Up

• 2 tablespoons natural-style peanut butter
• 1 banana
• 1 tablespoon flax seed
• 12 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1. Place banana on a plate.
2. place peanut butter on top.
3. Spread around.
4. Pour flax seed on tope.
5. Pour spice on top.
6. Role around!
