Chocolate Tiramisu

  1. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
  2. Gradually beat in milk.
  3. Add pudding mix; beat 1 min.
  4. or until blended.
  5. Brush cut sides of ladyfingers with coffee.
  6. Arrange 1/3 of the ladyfingers on bottom of 9-inch square dish; top with half the pudding mixture, 1 cup COOL WHIP and 1/3 of the grated chocolate.
  7. Repeat layers.
  8. Cover with remaining ladyfingers, cut sides down, and grated chocolate.
  9. Refrigerate 3 hours.
