Cranberry Pomegranate Pork Tenderloin
- 1 -2 teaspoon grill seasoning
- 2 (1 lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed of any fat
- 1 -2 teaspoon olive oil
- 34 cup cranberry pomegranate preserves
- 14 cup pomegranates, chipotle sauce or 14 cup similar barbecue sauce
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Sprinkle pork tenderloins with grillin' Seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown pork tenderloins in hot olive oil on both sides (about 1 minute per side).
- Place pork tenderloins in skillet into the oven.
- Bake pork 15-20 minutes or until slightly pink in the middle and/or internal temperature reaches 155.
- While pork bakes, combine last 2 ingredients; stir to blend.
- Serve pork topped with Cranberry Pomegranate Preserves mixture.
