Quick Tiramisu Trifle

  1. Combine mascarpone with 1/4 cup Marsala and sugar in medium bowl.
  2. Combine remaining Marsala with espresso in separate bowl.
  3. Beat whipping cream with electric mixer in chilled bowl until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold cream into mascarpone mixture.
  5. Spread 3 cups cake cubes in bottom of trifle bowl.
  6. Sprinkle with 2 Tbs.
  7. espresso-Marsala mixture.
  8. Top with one-third of mascarpone mixture.
  9. Sprinkle with one-third of grated chocolate.
  10. Repeat layering 2 more times with remaining ingredients, ending with grated chocolate.
