Taiwanese Style Chow Mein Recipe
- 2 pound Chinese style noodles (cooked)
- 1/2 lg. pork chop (cut into strips)
- 5 dry black mushrooms (soak till soft, cut into strips)
- 1 carrot (cut into strips)
- 1/3 cabbage (cut into strips)
- 1 green onion (minced)
- 3 to 4 tbsp. veg. oil
- Preheat a wok and add in 1 Tbsp.
- oil.
- Stir fry green onion for 10 seconds.
- Add in pork and black mushrooms, stir fry about 2 min.
- Remove and set aside.
- Pour 2 Tbsp.
- veg.
- oil into wok.
- Stir fry carrot and cabbage till tender.
- Add in pork and black mushrooms, cook and stir.
- Add in noodles and (I), mix all up.
- Cook through till sauce is reduced.
