Busy Day Dinner Recipe

• 3 lb Stew meat
• 1 can Golden brown mushroom soup
• 1 pkt Onion soup mix
• 1 can Beer

1. Remove all fat from stew meat & place in pan to cook.
2. Spread the onion soup mix over meat.
3. Then spread mushroom soup & pour can of beer over all.
4. Cook 5 hrs at 325.
5. May be covered part of the cooking time.
6. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
