Smoked Turkey Wraps
- 14 cup stone ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 12 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- 12 ounces thinly sliced smoked turkey
- 8 turkey bacon, slices cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups loosely packed Baby Spinach or 2 cups arugula leaves
- In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, honey and vinegar.
- Place tortillas on a work surface.
- Spread honey mustard mixture equally in center of each tortilla.
- Top with turkey, bacon and spinach.
- Fold both edges over filling.
- Roll up and serve immediately or wrap in parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
