Peppermint Bark Candy

  1. Melt white chocolate according to package directions.
  2. Add 1/3 cup (80 ml) crushed candy canes and mix.
  3. Pour onto a foil line large cookie sheet and spread into an even layer.
  4. Drizzle semi-sweet chocolate on top in random pattern.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining candy canes.
  6. Let it set up in frige until firm - about 15 minutes.
  7. Break into pieces.
