Broccoli and Cheddar Cheese Soup

  1. Cook onions in dressing in large saucepan until crisp-tender.
  2. Add broth, water and broccoli; stir.
  3. Bring to boil; cook 8 to 10 min.
  4. or until broccoli is tender.
  5. Stir in milk and rice; simmer on medium heat 5 min.
  6. Pour into blender in batches; blend until smooth.
  7. Return to saucepan; cook on low heat until heated through, stirring frequently.
  8. Serve topped with cheese.
