Homemade DIY Mulling Spices

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Fill about 30 individual sachets with about 8 grams each of the spice mixture.
  3. Each sachet will flavor about 750 ml of wine or apple cider.
  4. For preparing: Simmer one sachet in 750 ml of wine or apple cider, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until desired flavor is achieved.
  5. Discard the sachet.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
