Spicy Lemon Edamame Hummus
- 2 cups Cooked Edamame, Drained
- 6 Tablespoons Tahini
- 4 Tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Zest
- 1 teaspoon Grated Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Sriracha Seasoning (dry) Or Cayenne Pepper
- 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Add all of the ingredients, except for the olive oil, into your food processor.
- Pulse 8-10 times until edamame is broken down.
- With the food processor running, slowly add olive oil and let run for another 3045 seconds.
- Taste for seasoning and creaminess, and adjust to your liking.
- Note: If spice isnt your thing, feel free to leave out the Sriracha or cayenne.
- It tastes just fine without the heat.
