Spicy Lemon Edamame Hummus

  1. Add all of the ingredients, except for the olive oil, into your food processor.
  2. Pulse 8-10 times until edamame is broken down.
  3. With the food processor running, slowly add olive oil and let run for another 3045 seconds.
  4. Taste for seasoning and creaminess, and adjust to your liking.
  5. Note: If spice isnt your thing, feel free to leave out the Sriracha or cayenne.
  6. It tastes just fine without the heat.
