Baby Bok Choy

  1. Heat grape seed oil in a wok or large saute pan until almost smoking.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger.
  3. Stir-fry over high heat for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the baby bok choy and tamari.
  5. Cover for 1 to 2 minutes to steam bok choy.
  6. Remove from heat, toss with sesame seeds and serve.
