southern tater salad
- 8 taters
- 4 boiled eggs
- 1/2 large onion
- 1 mayo
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 whole pickle
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- boil taters till tender not mushy
- boil eggs and peel
- mash taters and eggs with a tater masher so that they are chunky
- add onions,diced pickle,pickle juice, and mayo mix toss till desired consistency
- mix in mustard
- add salt and pepper for tast
- cover and refrigerate
